Chocolate Banana Mango Soft Serve
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1/3 cup plant milk
Preparation
In a blender, combine the frozen bananas and frozen mango.
Add the cocoa powder, nut butter, and plant milk to the blender.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more plant milk to achieve the desired consistency.
Once smooth, transfer the chocolate banana mango mixture into serving bowls.
Enjoy the chocolate soft serve as is or add your favorite toppings.
