Delicious Vegan Blueberry Muffin Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein or 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp gluten free rolled oats uncooked
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- Optional: 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for plant based option
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together well.
Smear coconut yogurt on the inside of the jar and add some on top for presentation.
Can be made gluten-free and vegan by using appropriate ingredients such as coconut yogurt.
