Another Cookie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup maple or honey
  • 1/3 cup cacao or cocoa
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • sprinkle sea salt
  • hukitchen crispy mint bar for topping
  • or dark chocolate chips)

Preparation

  1. Mix all wet in a large bowl, add dry ingredients and stir until batter forms

  2. Spoon cookies into a lined baking sheet

  3. Press a piece of chocolate on top and bake at 350 for 11 minutes

  4. Enjoy
