Another Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup maple or honey
- 1/3 cup cacao or cocoa
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- sprinkle sea salt
- hukitchen crispy mint bar for topping
- or dark chocolate chips)
Preparation
Mix all wet in a large bowl, add dry ingredients and stir until batter forms
Spoon cookies into a lined baking sheet
Press a piece of chocolate on top and bake at 350 for 11 minutes
