Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 cup rolled oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tbs baking powder
- 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in blender
Blend until smooth
Allow batter to rest 5-10 min (liquid will be absorbed)
Preheat non-stick pan over med heat
Pour in 1/4 cup of batter
Cook until you can easily slide a spatula underneath
Flip
Cook for another 1-2 minutes on the second side 5️⃣repeat until all the batter is used up
Add your toppings of choice and enjoy!???
