Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tbs baking powder
  • 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Allow batter to rest 5-10 min (liquid will be absorbed)

  4. Preheat non-stick pan over med heat

  5. Pour in 1/4 cup of batter

  6. Cook until you can easily slide a spatula underneath

  7. Flip

  8. Cook for another 1-2 minutes on the second side 5️⃣repeat until all the batter is used up

  9. Add your toppings of choice and enjoy!???
