Cauliflower Banana Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 steamed, then frozen cauliflower pieces
  • 1.5 frozen bananas
  • half of a mango
  • 1/2 teaspoon beet root powder
  • vanilla almond milk
  • raspberries
  • blueberries
  • strawberries
  • hemp seeds
  • chopped pistachio
  • flowers from garden

Preparation

  1. Blend the steamed and frozen cauliflower pieces, frozen bananas, half a mango, beet root powder, and vanilla almond milk together.

  2. Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl, such as a coconut bowl.

  3. Top with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, hemp seeds, chopped pistachios, and edible flowers from the garden.

  4. Note: Adding cauliflower to smoothies increases health benefits and makes the smoothie creamier and more delicious without altering the taste.
