Cauliflower Banana Mango Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 steamed, then frozen cauliflower pieces
- 1.5 frozen bananas
- half of a mango
- 1/2 teaspoon beet root powder
- vanilla almond milk
- raspberries
- blueberries
- strawberries
- hemp seeds
- chopped pistachio
- flowers from garden
Preparation
Blend the steamed and frozen cauliflower pieces, frozen bananas, half a mango, beet root powder, and vanilla almond milk together.
Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl, such as a coconut bowl.
Top with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, hemp seeds, chopped pistachios, and edible flowers from the garden.
