- 1 cup cashew milk
- strawberries
- pomegranate
Preparation
Make the pudding the night before by mixing chia seeds with cashew milk using a ratio of 1/4 cup seeds to 1 cup milk to achieve a thick consistency.
Prepare a simple strawberry chia jam for the middle layer.
Layer the pudding with the strawberry chia jam, strawberries, and pomegranate.
Add more fresh fruit on top in the morning before serving.
