Family Size Loaded Morning Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 4 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 2 dashes of pepper
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp @terrasoul unsweetened pea protein
- 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 2 tbsp cacao chips
- 3 cups coconut milk (or to taste, i prefer a thick smoothie)
- Topped with @naturespathorganic Kamut puffs
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together
Serve and enjoy
Adjust coconut milk for desired thickness if needed
