Parmesan Crusted Vegan Chicken Dinner

Ingredients

  • Gardein Chicken Scaloppini, partially thawed
  • Homemade Parmesan
  • Organic Dijon Mustard, 2 teaspoons
  • @followyourheart Vegenaise, 1 teaspoon
  • Bee Free Honee, a little bit
  • Organic mixed vegetables
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Organic tahini
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Coat partially thawed Gardein Chicken Scaloppini in homemade Parmesan and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes

  2. Mix 2 teaspoons of Organic Dijon Mustard with 1 teaspoon of Vegenaise and a little bit of Bee Free Honee

  3. Steam organic vegetables and toss in fresh lemon juice, organic tahini, salt, and pepper
