Parmesan Crusted Vegan Chicken Dinner
Ingredients
- Gardein Chicken Scaloppini, partially thawed
- Homemade Parmesan
- Organic Dijon Mustard, 2 teaspoons
- @followyourheart Vegenaise, 1 teaspoon
- Bee Free Honee, a little bit
- Organic mixed vegetables
- Fresh lemon juice
- Organic tahini
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Coat partially thawed Gardein Chicken Scaloppini in homemade Parmesan and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes
Mix 2 teaspoons of Organic Dijon Mustard with 1 teaspoon of Vegenaise and a little bit of Bee Free Honee
Steam organic vegetables and toss in fresh lemon juice, organic tahini, salt, and pepper
