Refreshing Cardamom Cacao and Orange Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- Small handful of toasted coconut chips
- 1/2 large orange
- 1 tsp of walnut butter
- Seeds of 1 cardamom pod
- 1 heaped tbsp of cacao powder
- Coconut milk
Preparation
Eat the remaining half of the orange to support gut health.
Cover the ingredients with coconut milk, using a mixture of 3/4 coconut milk and 1/4 from @biomel.life.
Blend until smooth.
