Refreshing Cardamom Cacao and Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • Small handful of toasted coconut chips
  • 1/2 large orange
  • 1 tsp of walnut butter
  • Seeds of 1 cardamom pod
  • 1 heaped tbsp of cacao powder
  • Coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Eat the remaining half of the orange to support gut health.

  2. Cover the ingredients with coconut milk, using a mixture of 3/4 coconut milk and 1/4 from @biomel.life.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Enjoy the smoothie while dodging the hail.
