Seasonal Fruit Smoothie with Turmeric and Ginger

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 frozen mango
  • coconut water
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • almond milk
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • big squeeze of lemon
  • 1/2 continental cucumber
  • 1/4 green pepper
  • few ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender to make the smoothie.
