Seasonal Fruit Smoothie with Turmeric and Ginger
Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 frozen mango
- coconut water
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- almond milk
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp spirulina
- big squeeze of lemon
- 1/2 continental cucumber
- 1/4 green pepper
- few ice cubes
Preparation
Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender to make the smoothie.
