Spirulina Banana Nicecream Dessert
Ingredients
- 4 frozen bananas
- 2 teaspoons spirulina
- frozen pineapple
- strawberries
- mulberries
- carob powder
- water
- desiccated coconut
Preparation
Blend the frozen bananas, spirulina, and frozen pineapple until smooth to make the nicecream base.
Freeze the blended mixture for several hours or until firm.
Mix carob powder with water to create the carob sauce.
Scoop the frozen nicecream into serving bowls.
Optionally, chill the scooped nicecream briefly if it is too hard.
Top with strawberries, mulberries, carob sauce, and desiccated coconut.
