Vegan Breakfast Parfait with Smoothie

Ingredients

Smoothie base

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 dl frozen strawberries
  • 2 tsp pink pitaya powder
  • A splash of oatmilk

Toppings

  • Mini oreos
  • Melted dark chocolate
  • Buckwheat puffs

Preparation

  1. Blend the smoothie base ingredients until smooth

  2. Pour the smoothie into parfait glasses

  3. Melt the dark chocolate and add all toppings to the parfait
