Vegan Breakfast Parfait with Smoothie
Ingredients
Smoothie base
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 dl frozen strawberries
- 2 tsp pink pitaya powder
- A splash of oatmilk
Toppings
- Mini oreos
- Melted dark chocolate
- Buckwheat puffs
Preparation
Blend the smoothie base ingredients until smooth
Pour the smoothie into parfait glasses
Melt the dark chocolate and add all toppings to the parfait
