Zingy Tropical Mango Chilli Buckwheat Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen mango
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup soaked and rinsed buckwheat groats
  • 1/2 Thai green chilli
  • handful of coriander
  • a little piece sliced ginger
  • squeeze of lime
  • coconut milk

Toppings

  • passion fruit
  • chia
  • kiwi
  • turmeric
  • chilli slices
  • julienned ginger
  • coriander

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Top the smoothie with passion fruit, chia, kiwi, turmeric, chilli slices, julienned ginger, and coriander.
