Acai Crunch Bowl with Creamy Berry Blend
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 1/2 cup of mixed frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackcurrant)
- 1 tbsp acai powder
- Splash of milk
Toppings
- 1/2 cup crunchy granola
- 2 tbsp toasted coconut
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and top with the toppings.
