Baked Spicy Black Bean and Sweet Potato Quinoa Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Black Beans
  • 1 medium Baked Sweet Potato
  • 1 cup Cooked Quinoa
  • Ground Flax (2 flax eggs)
  • Cumin
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • Garlic
  • Cayenne
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

  1. Mash the beans, potato without skin, and quinoa together.

  2. Combine with flax eggs and spices and herbs.

  3. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes, flipping once.
