Baked Spicy Black Bean and Sweet Potato Quinoa Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 can of Black Beans
- 1 medium Baked Sweet Potato
- 1 cup Cooked Quinoa
- Ground Flax (2 flax eggs)
- Cumin
- Chopped Cilantro
- Garlic
- Cayenne
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Mash the beans, potato without skin, and quinoa together.
Combine with flax eggs and spices and herbs.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes, flipping once.
