Banana and Acai Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • two frozen bananas
  • 100 grams frozen acai puree
  • 1 tablespoon cold water or milk (optional)

Toppings

  • bananas
  • frozen blackberries
  • sunflower seeds
  • bee pollen
  • sweetener (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blend two frozen bananas with 100 grams of frozen acai puree until thick and smooth, adding 1 tablespoon of cold water or milk if needed.

  2. Transfer the mixture into a coconut bowl.

  3. Top with bananas, frozen blackberries, sunflower seeds, and bee pollen.

  4. Optionally, add sweetener to taste if desired.
