Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas
  • your favourite nut butter
  • rice or quinoa puffs (all natural)

Preparation

  1. Grab 2 large bananas.

  2. Coat them in your favourite nut butter.

  3. Roll them in some rice or quinoa puffs, ensuring they are all natural and not sugar-laden cereals.

  4. Slice them quite thick to create cute sushi rounds.

  5. Optionally, freeze the rounds to make them extra sweet, as the banana's natural sugars enhance when frozen.
