Banana and Nut Butter Sushi
Ingredients
- 2 large bananas
- your favourite nut butter
- rice or quinoa puffs (all natural)
Preparation
Grab 2 large bananas.
Coat them in your favourite nut butter.
Roll them in some rice or quinoa puffs, ensuring they are all natural and not sugar-laden cereals.
Slice them quite thick to create cute sushi rounds.
Optionally, freeze the rounds to make them extra sweet, as the banana's natural sugars enhance when frozen.
