Chia Seeds
Ingredients

- • 2 tbsp chia seeds
- • 1 cup plant milk
- • 1 tsp maple syrup
- • 1 tsp vanilla extract
- • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

- • 1 cup frozen raspberries. • 1/2 frozen banana
- • 1 tbsp maca powder
- • 1 cup plant milk
- L A Y E R U P W I T H
- • Pineapple
- • Passionfruit
- • Coconut yoghurt
- • A sprinkle of vegan granola
- • A chunk of chocolate L♡V E
Preparation
Mix everything and allow to sit in the fridge for at least an hour (or overnight if you have time)
Blend on high speed until smooth
