Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  • • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • • 1 cup plant milk
  • • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

  • • 1 cup frozen raspberries. • 1/2 frozen banana
  • • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • • 1 cup plant milk
  • L A Y E R U P W I T H
  • • Pineapple
  • • Passionfruit
  • • Coconut yoghurt
  • • A sprinkle of vegan granola
  • • A chunk of chocolate L♡V E

Preparation

  1. Mix everything and allow to sit in the fridge for at least an hour (or overnight if you have time)

  2. Blend on high speed until smooth
