Delicious Chocolate Smoothie with Oats and Banana
Ingredients
- 50gms Oats
- 400mls cold milk of choice or Kefir
- 1 tablespoon Peanut butter or cashew butter
- 1 banana (frozen even better)
- 1 teaspoon Cacao powder
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth and drink right away.
Optionally, soak oats in milk or kefir overnight with peanut butter and cacao powder (except banana) for better digestibility, then add banana and blend in the morning.
Note: Avoid using disposable straws to reduce waste and be environmentally friendly.
