Easy Raw Dipping Sauce for Veggies
Ingredients
- 1 cup of cashews, soaked in water for at least 15 minutes
- Juice of 1 lemon or more
- 1/2 tsp of Himalayan Salt or Celtic Salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tsp of onion powder
- Few springs of fresh mint
- Some fresh chives or onion
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- Filtered water, as needed
- 1 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and add water as needed to reach desired consistency.
Enjoy with fresh veggies.
