Easy Raw Dipping Sauce for Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cashews, soaked in water for at least 15 minutes
  • Juice of 1 lemon or more
  • 1/2 tsp of Himalayan Salt or Celtic Salt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tsp of onion powder
  • Few springs of fresh mint
  • Some fresh chives or onion
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • Filtered water, as needed
  • 1 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and add water as needed to reach desired consistency.

  2. Enjoy with fresh veggies.
