Easy Sangria with Fresh Fruits and No Sugar

Ingredients

  • 2 bottles red wine
  • 1/3 cup triple sec
  • 2 cups lime seltzer water
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • Ice as needed

Preparation

  1. Use a dry red wine like Pinot Noir for a less sugary version; no added sugar, only natural sugar from fruits.

  2. If you prefer sweeter sangria, substitute with a sweet red wine instead.

  3. Mix all ingredients together except the ice and lime seltzer water.

  4. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

  5. Just before serving, add the lime seltzer water and ice, then stir well.

  6. Serve immediately; store any leftovers in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
