Energizing Coconut and Banana Bliss Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of frozen bananas
  • 1 cup of alkaline water
  • 1 cup of Coconut Cream
  • 2 tbsp of organic virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of raw mesquite powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp activated walnuts for crunch

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

Tips

  1. Choose ripe bananas with a few black spots but not too ripe to avoid high fructose load and digestive issues.
