- handful of frozen mango?
- strawberry shortcake protein from @theproteinworks (soo good and refreshing in this bowl)
- 1 tsp of maca powder
- water/milk to blend
- add all the ingredients adding liquid slowly to get the perfect thick consistency?
- toppings!! my fav part
- sliced strawberries
- sliced banana
- frozen bluebs
- desiccated coconut
- i added raisins after but deffo recommend as they give a chewy texture
