Healthy Veggie Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons cauliflower rice
  • 2 cubes frozen kale
  • 8 chunks pineapple
  • 1 chunk frozen passion fruit juice
  • 20 ml orange juice
  • 1 full hand frozen mango
  • 2 full hands frozen berries

Toppings

  • frozen blueberries
  • peanut butter
  • hemp seeds
  • shredded coconut
  • granola
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until you get a smooth texture.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Add the toppings such as frozen blueberries, peanut butter, hemp seeds, shredded coconut, granola, and cacao nibs.
