Homemade Acai Bowl Inspired by Juicebaby
Ingredients
- 2-3 frozen bananas
- 1 frozen acai sachet
- 1/2 medjool date
- tiny dash of mylk
Toppings
- grain free pb cinnamon granola
- untoasted coconut chips
- almond butter
- 1/2 medjool date
- goji berries
- sliced banana
- blueberries
Preparation
Blend the base ingredients: 2-3 frozen bananas, 1 frozen acai sachet, 1/2 medjool date, and a tiny dash of mylk until smooth.
Optionally, add chocolate cereal or additional granola to the base mixture.
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl.
Add the toppings: grain free pb cinnamon granola, untoasted coconut chips, almond butter, 1/2 medjool date, goji berries, sliced banana, and blueberries.
Note: Almond butter can be added to the base instead of on top if preferred.
