Homemade Acai Bowl Inspired by Juicebaby

Ingredients

  • 2-3 frozen bananas
  • 1 frozen acai sachet
  • 1/2 medjool date
  • tiny dash of mylk

Toppings

  • grain free pb cinnamon granola
  • untoasted coconut chips
  • almond butter
  • 1/2 medjool date
  • goji berries
  • sliced banana
  • blueberries

Preparation

  1. Blend the base ingredients: 2-3 frozen bananas, 1 frozen acai sachet, 1/2 medjool date, and a tiny dash of mylk until smooth.

  2. Optionally, add chocolate cereal or additional granola to the base mixture.

  3. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl.

  4. Add the toppings: grain free pb cinnamon granola, untoasted coconut chips, almond butter, 1/2 medjool date, goji berries, sliced banana, and blueberries.

  5. Note: Almond butter can be added to the base instead of on top if preferred.
