Homemade Healthy Organic Granola
Ingredients
- Rolled Oats
- Pecans
- Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds
- Almond Slices
- Sesame Seeds
- Hemp Seeds
- Ground Flax
- Dried Figs
- Dried Apricots
- Dried Cranberries
- Maple Syrup
- Coconut oil
- Cinnamon
- Pumpkin Pie Spice
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl
In a separate bowl, combine maple syrup, coconut oil, and any liquid components
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crispy
Remove from oven and let cool completely before storing
