Homemade Healthy Organic Granola

Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats
  • Pecans
  • Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds
  • Almond Slices
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Ground Flax
  • Dried Figs
  • Dried Apricots
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Maple Syrup
  • Coconut oil
  • Cinnamon
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl

  3. In a separate bowl, combine maple syrup, coconut oil, and any liquid components

  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated

  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crispy

  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely before storing
