Mint Chocolate Chip Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 4 fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- a spoonful of cacao nibs
- greens powder for the color and nutrients
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor
I like to use level 2 on my until it’s smooth and combined
To achieve this thick base, use frozen ingredients and minimal liquid, but enough for the ingredients to move in the blender
I also let the frozen fruit sit at room temp for about 10 minutes before blending
If you don’t like banana, you can substitute it with coconut cream cubes or frozen mango
