Ingredients
- Frozen red dragon fruit
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 banana
- 4 oz apple juice
Toppings
- Granola
- Fresh fruit
- Dried cranberries
Preparation
Freeze the red dragon fruit if not already frozen
Combine frozen red dragon fruit, strawberries, banana, and apple juice in a blender and blend until smooth
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl
Top with granola, fresh fruit, and dried cranberries
