Tropical Fruit Smoothie with Honey and Dates

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1.5 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 2 tbsp local raw honey
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted

Toppings

  • Fresh fruit or berries (optional)

Preparation

  1. Pit the Medjool dates if not already done

  2. Add all ingredients except the optional toppings to a blender

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy

  4. Pour into glasses and top with fresh fruit or berries if desired
