Vegan Low-Fat Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 lb., 454g organic non-Gmo silken tofu (I use @nasoya)
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1-3 cloves garlic
  • 2 T capers
  • 2 T white miso paste (I used @misomaster)
  • 1 t Dijon mustard
  • 2 t dulse sea vegetable granules with garlic (I use Maine Coast Naturals)
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients on high speed in a blender.

  2. Pour over romaine lettuce and top with optional croutons (mine are sprouted whole grain, but you can omit or use gluten free).
