Vegan Low-Fat Caesar Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 lb., 454g organic non-Gmo silken tofu (I use @nasoya)
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1-3 cloves garlic
- 2 T capers
- 2 T white miso paste (I used @misomaster)
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 2 t dulse sea vegetable granules with garlic (I use Maine Coast Naturals)
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Blend all ingredients on high speed in a blender.
Pour over romaine lettuce and top with optional croutons (mine are sprouted whole grain, but you can omit or use gluten free).
