Vegan Meatless Balls with Beans and Veggies
Ingredients
- 2 tins kidney beans, drained
- 1 beetroot
- 1 carrot
- 1 large onion
- 1/4 cup sweetcorn
- 50g Violife pizza cheese
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp each ground cumin and coriander
- 2 handfuls fresh breadcrumbs
- 3 handfuls oats
- 1 handful nutritional yeast flakes
Preparation
Whizz all ingredients together in a food processor.
Ideally leave the mixture to sit for 15 minutes.
Shape into balls, burgers, or sausages.
Shallow fry until cooked.
Enjoy the dish as prepared.
