Vegan Protein Packed Raspberry Chia Jam Snack

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp malt rice syrup
  • bananas
  • nut butter of choice

Preparation

  1. Blend the raspberries, chia seeds, and malt rice syrup to make the jam.

  2. Cut up the bananas.
