Vegan Protein Packed Raspberry Chia Jam Snack
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp malt rice syrup
- bananas
- nut butter of choice
Preparation
Blend the raspberries, chia seeds, and malt rice syrup to make the jam.
Cut up the bananas.
Add nut butter of choice to the mixture and serve.
