Vibrant Green Smoothie with Berries and Superfoods
Ingredients
- banana
- avocado
- 2 kiwifruit
- spinach
- cucumber
- mixed berries
- beetroot
- strawberries
- few pieces of chopped pineapple
- 1 tsp flaxseed powder
- 1 tsp almond powder
- 1 tsp matcha green tea
- chia seeds soaked in coconut water
- coconut water
- probiotic yogurt
- toasted organic granola
Preparation
Mix banana, avocado, 2 kiwifruit, spinach, cucumber, mixed berries, beetroot, strawberries, and chopped pineapple together.
Add 1 tsp each of flaxseed powder, almond powder, and matcha green tea.
Include chia seeds that have been soaked in coconut water.
Use coconut water and probiotic yogurt as the base for the smoothie.
While blending, add toasted organic granola to improve nutrition and flavor.
