Creamy White Chicken Korma Curry
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken pieces
- Oil
- 2 onions
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons green masala
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 cloves
- 2 cardamom pods
- Few peppercorns
- 250 ml fresh cream
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Preparation
Grind the cardamom, cinnamon sticks, peppercorns, and cloves
Marinate the chicken in salt, green masala, garlic, ginger, white pepper, coriander, cumin, and the ground spices
Dice the onions and sauté in oil until golden brown
Add the marinated chicken to the onions
Add bay leaves, oil, and water
Allow the mixture to cook
Once the chicken is cooked, add the fresh cream
Allow it to come to a boil and mix well
Garnish with fresh green coriander
