Chickpea muffins mix

  • chickpeas
  • cilantro
  • ginger
  • turmeric
  • pepper
  • water

Preparation

  1. Cook potatoes and quinoa together with ginger, turmeric, and curry powder.

  2. Blend chickpeas, cilantro, ginger, turmeric, pepper, and water in a food processor until a thick batter consistency is achieved.

  3. Bake the batter in a mini muffin tin at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 23 minutes.
