Chickpea muffins mix
- chickpeas
- cilantro
- ginger

Preparation
Cook potatoes and quinoa together with ginger, turmeric, and curry powder.
Blend chickpeas, cilantro, ginger, turmeric, pepper, and water in a food processor until a thick batter consistency is achieved.
Bake the batter in a mini muffin tin at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 23 minutes.
