Vegan Pho Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- pho broth
- rice stick noodles
- mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, snow peas, broccoli, mushrooms, bok choy)
- mung bean sprouts
- cilantro
- basil
- mint
- jalapeño slices
- green onions
- lime juice

Preparation

Soak noodles and boil veggies.
