Easy Vegan Chickpea Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • onion
  • garlic
  • carrot
  • celery
  • broth
  • chickpeas
  • thyme
  • pepper
  • pasta

Preparation

  1. Sautee onion and garlic in a pot over medium heat.

  2. Add chopped carrot, celery, broth, and chickpeas.

  3. Season with thyme and freshly cracked pepper as needed.
