Quick and Easy Vegan Shoyu Ramen
Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp soy sauce (to taste)
- 1 tbsp concentrated vegan mentsuyu
- 1 tsp mushroom sauce (or vegetarian oyster sauce)
- 1 1/2 tsp mushroom stock powder
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp agar, optional
- 1 tsp aroma oil, optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 350-400ml water
- 1 serving ramen noodles of choice
- Green onion, nori & gyoza for topping
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a bowl.
Pour in hot water and mix well.
Top with green onion, nori, and gyoza.
Serve and enjoy!
