Vegan Ceviche with Peruvian Flavor

Ingredients

  • 150 gr of mushrooms
  • 1/2 sweet potato
  • 60 gr of toasted corn
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 4-5 lemons
  • cilantro
  • salt
  • garlic salt
  • chili

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, squeeze the lemons.

  2. Add a pinch of salt.

  3. Cut garlic cloves and add them.

  4. Add garlic salt, cilantro, and a pinch of chili.

  5. Cut onion and add it.

  6. Add about 30 ml of water.

  7. Mix everything.

  8. Place the mushrooms in the bowl.

  9. Mix again.
