Vegan Ceviche with Peruvian Flavor
Ingredients
- 150 gr of mushrooms
- 1/2 sweet potato
- 60 gr of toasted corn
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 4-5 lemons
- cilantro
- salt
- garlic salt
- chili
Preparation
In a bowl, squeeze the lemons.
Add a pinch of salt.
Cut garlic cloves and add them.
Add garlic salt, cilantro, and a pinch of chili.
Cut onion and add it.
Add about 30 ml of water.
Mix everything.
Place the mushrooms in the bowl.
Mix again.
