Vegan Ceviche

Ingredients

  • 150 gr of mushrooms
  • 1/2 sweet potato
  • 60 gr of toasted corn
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 4-5 lemons
  • cilantro
  • salt
  • garlic salt
  • chili

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, squeeze the lemons, toss a pinch of salt, cut garlic cloves, garlic salt, cilantro and a pinch of chili, cut onion, and about 30 ml of water

  2. Then it must be mixed

  3. From there the mushrooms are placed in the bowl and the ingredients are mixed again
