Courgette (Zucchini) and Cheese Air Fryer Fritters
Ingredients
- 1/2 medium courgette/ zucchini
- 1/4 carrot grated
- 35g Cheese grated ( I used @eatlean) ?1 egg
- 3 Tbsp Buckwheat flour
Preparation
I topped mine with smoked salmon, yoghurt and a lentil dip ?? oh and if you don’t have an air fryer you can make them in the same way and fry in coconut oil
