Fat Free Chickpea Cookie Dough
Ingredients
- 800 g can of chickpeas
- 1/2 cup of aquafaba
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 tbsp of date syrup
- 1/8 tsp of salt
- 1/8 tsp of baking powder
- 1/8 tsp of vanilla powder
- buckwheat flour to thicken the dough
Preparation
Mix everything except the buckwheat flour in a blender until you get a smooth dough
Transfer to another bowl and thicken the dough with buckwheat flour
If you have a powerful blender, omit the water and the flour and just mix everything like that
Mine is too big and I made the dough a little bit more on the runny side to get it out of the mixer. Add chocolate chips and voila
