Vegan Cheesy Gluten Free Bowtie Crackers
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbl nutritional yeast
- 1 tbl salt
- 1 tbl apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups @eatbanza bowtie pasta ?
- 1 tbl aquafaba (or avocado oil)
- 3 tbl nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder ?
Preparation
Mix the dry seasonings together well. Toss the cooked pasta with the aquafaba then with half the seasoning. Toss a few times then add in the rest. ?
Airfry in the basket for 8 min at 390F. Mix and toss. Cook for an additional 6 min. Let cool. They will crisp up as they cool. ?
Using an oven? Preheat to 425 F. Spread cooked and seasoned pasta on parchment paper and bake for 8 min. Flip and toss and bake for 8 min more. Remove from oven and let cool before munching
