Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe (spotty!!) bananas - 3 cups oat flour - 1/2 cup ground walnuts - 1 tbsp baking soda - 2
  • 5 cups soy milk - handful of blueberries - some finely chopped dates

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 160C - Mash bananas and blend with all ingredients except blueberries - Line a tray with baking paper and pour mix in - Top with blueberries and/or any seeds or nuts you want - Bake at 160C for 40 minutes - Rest for an hour before slicing
