Vegan Banana Bread with Blueberries and Dates
Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 3 cups oat flour
- 1/2 cup ground walnuts
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 2.5 cups soy milk
- handful of blueberries
- some finely chopped dates
Preparation
Preheat oven to 160C
Mash bananas and blend with all ingredients except blueberries
Line a tray with baking paper and pour mix in
Top with blueberries and/or any seeds or nuts you want
Bake at 160C for 40 minutes
Rest for an hour before slicing
