Banna-Walnut Rasin Bread


  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup of melted vegan spread
  • 1/2 cup agave
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup of raisins (we dehydrated our own grapes)
  • 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts


  1. Preheat oven to 350 f

  2. In a bowl mash bananas until smooth with a fork and add spread, agave, coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt; combine well

  3. Mix in all-purpose flour

  4. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes

  5. Once time is up remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes

  6. Remove from pan and garnish with cinnamon and leftover rains and enjoy???? #threebunnies
