Baked Chickpea Croutons with Herbs and Spices

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or a little more
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon corn starch
  • 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Thyme or rosemary to taste

Preparation

  1. Rinse and drain and dry the chickpeas (the dryer the crunchier)

  2. Add the spices

  3. Mix and bake for 25 minutes at 180C

  4. Allow to cool down then store in a jar or eat right away
