Chickpea Croutons
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or a lil more
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon corn starch
- 2 teaspoon whole grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- thym or rosemary to taste
Preparation
Rinse and drain and dry the chickpeas (the dryer the crunchier)
Add the spices
Mix and bake 25min at 180c
Allow to cool down then store in a jar or eat right away!
