Chocolate Covered Tahini Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour ( you can use gluten free flour)
  • 1/2 cup ground almond
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 200 gm melted dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180c/ 350f

  2. In large bowl, mix together flour, ground almond, baking powder & salt, then pour in tahini & maple syrup & mix to combine

  3. Roll dough out between 2 pieces of baking papers, then use a small round cookie cutter to cut out the cookies

  4. Arrange cookies on baking tray lined with baking paper & bake for 10-12 minutes , leave to cool completely then dip them in melted dark chocolate , arrange on baking sheet & place them in the fridge for 30 minutes & enjoy
