Crispy Baked Tofu

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (gluten free if needed)
  • 2 tsp garlic chili tofu
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp bread crumbs (I used some chickpea bread crumbs I had hiding in the back of my pantry but panko works great too)

Preparation

  1. In a large Tupperware container, add in soy sauce, garlic sauce, garlic powder, everything but the bagel seasoning and stir together

  2. Add tofu to the container and sprinkle corn starch, bread crumbs, and pinch of salt over top

  3. Seal container and gently toss to coat evenly

  4. Once tofu is coated, spread the individual tofu pieces on a lined baking tray and place in the oven at 400F for 25 minutes or until tofu is crispy on the edges and browned

  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool
