Crispy Vegan Spaghetti Squash Fritters

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cooked spaghetti squash
  • 1/3 cup garbanzo bean flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Preparation

  1. Fork out the inside of half an already baked spaghetti squash to a bowl and pat out all of the added moisture or liquid using paper towel or cheese cloth.

  2. Mix the remaining ingredients to create the base.

  3. Leave the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

  4. Roll the dough into balls, flatten with your palms, and add to an already heated pan for 3 minutes per side. Spray the pan with oil to prevent sticking.
