Glutenfree Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tbs water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbs cocoa powder
  • 2 tbs coconut milk
  • 2 tbs crushed pecans (optional)
  • 2 tbs dark chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Mix ingredients until smooth.

  3. Pour and spread batter into parchment lined or greased 8x8 baking pan.

  4. Bake brownies for 25 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
