Waffled Brioche French Toast with Fruits
Ingredients
- brioche loaf
- milk
- cinnamon
- ground flax seeds
- maple syrup
- chopped fruits
Preparation
Thickly slice the brioche loaf.
Lightly dip the slices in a mixture of milk, cinnamon, and ground flax seeds.
Cook in a waffle iron on low setting until golden.
Serve with a thin drizzle of maple syrup and chopped fruits.
Additionally, make a green smoothie by blending baby spinach, oranges, frozen berries, ginger, a pinch of turmeric, and almond milk.
